Expertise!

Our expertise is to excecute operations (e.g. planning, logistics, organizing, setup, camps,crewing, drilling, geo survey, documentation, communication, HSEQ) in remote places in the Arctic areas.

Core-drilling in 3 locations 15-25km away from closest village and 5km from inland-ice. The operation consisted of Borehole logging (optic, sonic, acustic and televiewing),

Lugeon-testing, GNSS measure-ment and installation of logger and thermistor string (220 m depth).

After the field-work labtests of the core material was done.

In KSMS is a joint company with Kristin Stórhamar (KS-Teknik) and Martin Sivertsen (MS-Grevstur), highly experienced and specialized in drilling projects in Greenland, Faroe Islands and Norway for clients like NGI, Nukissiorfiit, NunaGreen, NCC, FMI, SEV, Effo, Magn, Føroya Tele, Faroese Geological Survey, Landsverk and more.
